Help with bees, from swarms to your first hive.
I'm a local beekeeper and Vice President of the Anne Arundel Beekeepers Association. Whether there's a swarm in your yard, bees in your wall, or you're starting your first colony, I can help.
See a swarm? Text me right away.
Swarms usually move on within a day or two, so the sooner I hear about it, the better the chance I can collect it and give the bees a new home.
- Keep your distance and don't spray it. A swarm is usually calm while it looks for a new home.
- Snap a photo and note where it is and how high up (branch, fence, eave, etc.).
- Text the photo and address to (339) 225-9376.
Not sure if they're honey bees? Send a photo anyway. Wasp removal and cutouts may have a charge, so reach out with questions.

Swarm removal
I collect honey bee swarms around Severna Park and the surrounding area and move them into a hive. I usually don't charge for honey bee swarms.
